Donald Trump is expected to move on from a successful showing in New York to another great showing in Pennsylvania. Trump is a heavy favorite heading into Pennsylvania.
According to RealClear Politics, he has an average lead of 20.5 percentage points over the field in the latest early polls. Pennsylvania has 71 delegates but has a complicated allocation process.
The state only has 17 bound delegates tied to the primary results. According to FiveThirtyEight, there are 18 congressional districts with three delegates each for a total of 54 delegates.
While tied to the congressional districts, the delegates are unbound meaning they can come into play at a contested convention.
