WATCH: Burglars Steal Dozens of Guns From Gun Store in Rockville, Maryland

A high-definition security camera caught two burglars on camera stealing 24 handguns and seven rifles from a gun store in Maryland during a heist that took less than two minutes, police say.

The Montgomery County Police Department released the video, which you can watch above, after the March 9 burglary at the United Gun Shop, 5465 Randolph Road, in Rockville, Maryland. The thieves, who had their faces covered and were wearing dark clothes and gloves, entered the store about 3:50 a.m. They fled from the scene in a car before police arrived.

In the video, a bang can be heard as the burglars break through the door of the store and an alarm sounds. The thieves break open glass gun cases and begin shoving guns into bags. One of the burglars then hops over the counter and begins taking long guns down off the wall. The burglars can be heard talking to each other, with one seeming to say they need to go.

The theft can be seen from two different angles on high-definition Nest security cameras.

“Preliminary investigation has revealed that the two suspects used crowbars to open the front door of the business. They entered the store, smashed the glass display cases using crowbars, and removed guns from display cases and shelves,” the Montgomery County Police said in a press release. “Officers arrived at the store and discovered the front door pried open and glass display cases that had been smashed. The suspects had already fled.”
