Howard (ankle) is out for Tuesday's game versus the Raptors. Howard's absence streak will extend to five games Tuesday after being downgraded from questionable to out due to a sprained left ankle. Howard's next chance to suit up is Thursday's matchup with Portland.
Black will start Tuesday's game against the Raptors. With Jalen Suggs (back) and Cole Anthony (illness) out Tuesday, Black will get the starting nod at point guard for the Magic. Black has averaged 8.7 points, 3.3 assists and 2.0 rebounds in three starting appearances this season.
