It's a tough job to compete with the likes of Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic for production, but the first regular-season game showed that opportunities will flow his way. He'll be an interesting fantasy option to monitor as the season progresses.
The Nuggets exercised Braun's team option for 2025-26 on Thursday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. Braun was a pivotal part of Denver winning a championship during his rookie year and has continued to develop. Now that the 23-year-old forward is expected to step into a starting role, the Nuggets have locked him up for at least another two seasons.
