The Saints waived Jacobson on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports. Jacobson spent last season on New Orleans' practice squad but has yet to appear in a regular-season contest despite bouncing around the league for the last four years. He had just one catch for four yards across 73 offensive snaps this preseason.
