Taliese Fuaga: Everything you need to know

Fuaga (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Panthers, Jeff Nowak of WWL Radio reports. Fuaga upgraded to a full participant in Friday's practice, just in time to dodge an injury designation for Sunday's divisional clash. The Saints are out of the playoff race, but a healthy right tackle for Tyler Shough will help them try to spoil the Panthers' shot at a division title.

Fuaga (ankle) was a limited participant in New Orleans' practice Wednesday. Fuaga's still battling the ankle injury that has kept him out of the team's last three games. If the 2024 first-round pick ends up being healthy enough to play in Sunday's matchup versus the Panthers, he should resume his role as the Saints' starting right tackle.

Fuaga (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Erin Summers of ESPN reports. Fuaga has missed two of the Saints' last three games as he continues to recover from a high ankle sprain he suffered in Week 9 against the Rams, and he'll sit out again in Week 14. In his absence, 2023 fifth-rounder Asim Richards projects to start at right tackle Sunday.
