Dowell (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Colts. Dowell practiced in a limited fashion throughout the week but will remain on the reserve/PUP list and miss the Titans' divisional matchup Sunday. The UT Martin product has yet to suit up this season after tearing his ACL in December of 2023, but he was designated to return from the reserve/PUP list Monday, suggesting a return to the field is in the near future.
Pollard (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts after not practicing this week, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Fortunately for those who would normally consider Pollard in fantasy lineups, the Titans kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, a scenario that would in most cases allow fantasy managers to turn to Week 16 pivot options if he's sidelined. If Pollard ends up limited or out versus Indianapolis, Tyjae Spears would be in line to see an expanded backfield role for Tennessee this weekend.
Levis (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts. Levis was added to the injury report Friday, getting in a limited session. Coach Brian Callahan already had announced Mason Rudolph as the team's starting quarterback for Week 16 against the Colts. Trevor Siemian is on the practice squad as a candidate to be elevated should Levis be unable to serve as the team's QB2 this weekend.
Boyd (foot) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Colts. Boyd was listed as DNP on Wednesday and Thursday but returned to a full practice Friday and is good to go for Sunday's divisional matchup. He's topped 50 receiving yards in a game just once all season and has yet to catch a touchdown. He's far from fantasy relevancy on this Titans team.
Westbrook-Ikhine (ankle) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest in Indianapolis. Westbrook-Ikhine was held out of drills Wednesday and Thursday due to an ankle injury, but his return to a full session Friday has cleared him for Week 16 action. With Tyler Boyd (foot) following the same practice regimen this week and also entering the weekend without a designation, the top of the Titans' receiving corps is good to go for Sunday. As a result, Westbrook-Ikhine will remain a TD-dependent option while working with new starting quarterback Mason Rudolph.
Murray (hamstring) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup against the Colts, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Murray opened the Titans' week of practice with consecutive DNPs, but it still appears he's got a chance to suit up Sunday. The first-year Titan has been an integral part of the team's defensive success this season, recording 93 total tackles, including 3.5 sacks, and one interception over 13 games. If Murray is unable to play in Week 16, Otis Reese (ankle) or Jerome Baker could see additional work with Tennessee's first-team defense.
Gifford (concussion) will miss Sunday's game against the Colts, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Gifford will miss his first full game of the season after leaving this past weekend's loss to the Bengals with a concussion. The veteran linebacker will now have to navigate though the NFL's five-step concussion protocol before he can be cleared to return for Week 17 against the Jaguars.
