Hamm underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL in his knee, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports. Hamm suffered the injury at the beginning of training camp. Head coach John Harbaugh told reporters in late July that Hamm sustained a "clean" ACL tear. The 23-year-old outside linebacker will shift his focus on rehab and getting fully healthy for the 2025 season.
The Ravens placed Hamm on injured reserve Tuesday. Hamm will now be out for the entirety of the season after suffering a knee injury, and the 23-year-old will now shift his focus to getting healthy.
Hamm (ankle) has been taking in part in the Ravens' offseason practices, per a photo shared on the team's official site. Hamm was on injured reserve all of last season, though he was designated to return in early December. He now appears to be back to full health and will be able to compete for a depth role on Baltimore's defense during training camp.
