Dayton Wade: Everything you need to know

Wade (ribs) was a full participant at OTAs on Thursday. Wade spent his 2024 rookie season on the Ravens' practice squad, and he subsequently spent the 2025 campaign on injured reserve following rib surgery. The Ole Miss product is back to full health as he vies for a role this offseason. The Ravens drafted two wide receivers (Ja'Kobi Lane and Elijah Sarratt) in the first four rounds, so Wade likely needs to play a role on special teams to earn a 53-man roster spot for 2026.

The Ravens are expected to re-sign Wade (ribs), Matt Zenitz of CBSSports reports. Wade is slated to return to Baltimore, where he's spent the past two seasons. He spent the entirety of the 2025 season on injured reserve with a ribs injury and will look to make his regular-season debut during the upcoming campaign.

The Ravens placed Wade (ribs) on injured reserve Tuesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Wade underwent surgery to repair a rib injury that he suffered during the Ravens' preseason finale against the Commanders on Saturday. The 24-year-old wideout will focus on rehab and recovery and aim to be fully healthy for OTAs and minicamp in the spring.
