Wallace finished the regular season with 11 catches for 193 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets. He added two catches for 48 yards in the postseason. The fourth-year wideout entered the year with seven catches for 67 yards on 15 combined targets in his first three seasons. Wallace far outperformed that in a single season, catching 92 percent of his targets at a 16.1 YPT clip. His 84-yard touchdown catch against the Bengals was one of the highlights of his career and of the Ravens' season. He will hit free agency this offseason and it's unclear whether the Ravens will bring him back even with Wallace coming off his best season to date.
Wallace caught both of his targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 24-19 loss to the Eagles. He added two punt returns for 16 yards. Wallace was the only wide receiver other than Zay Flowers to record a catch for the Ravens, as Rashod Bateman (knee) didn't finish the contest, Nelson Agholor didn't catch either of his two targets and Diontae Johnson wasn't targeted. If Bateman isn't available after Baltimore's Week 14 bye, Wallace could see more opportunities on offense in Week 15 against the Giants in addition to his usual role as the punt returner on special teams.
Wallace caught each of his three targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in a 35-34 win over the Bengals on Thursday. Mostly known as a punt returner, Wallace has yet to play more than 20 snaps on offense in a game this season and typically gets just 5-15 outside of blowout situations. That was again the case Thursday night, with his percent snap share ranking third among Baltimore wideouts, but he made a huge impact on the game when he took a short pass for an 84-yard TD with some incredible footwork along the left sideline early in the third quarter. He then had a 20-yard gain on the first play of Baltimore's next drive, his third and final catch of the game. Despite the primetime heroics, Wallace figures to be limited to punt returns and a depth role on offense Week 11 at Pittsburgh, as the Ravens have a deep group of WRs with four other guys that have considerable experience as NFL starters.
Wallace (foot) was listed as a full practice participant on Tuesday's injury report. Wallace was estimated as limited on Monday's report, but given his upgrade Tuesday, the 2021 fourth-round pick should be good to go against the Bengals on Thursday night. Wallace has split his time between special teams and offense through the first nine games of the regular season and has caught two passes for 31 yards over that span.
Wallace (foot) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's practice estimation, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Wallace played 33 total snaps (18 offensive and 15 on special teams) in the Ravens' Week 9 blowout win over the Broncos, but it now appears he picked up a foot injury in the process. If the Oklahoma State product is unable to play through the issue in Thursday night's matchup against the Bengals, Zay Flowers will likely serve as Baltimore's top punt returner.
Wallace played 10 snaps on offense and 18 on special teams in Monday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers. Aside from recording two receptions for 31 yards in the Ravens' Week 5 win over the Bengals, Wallace has otherwise failed to draw a target in his limited snaps on offense over Baltimore's other six contests this season. A core special teams player for the Ravens, Wallace should continue to suit up on game days, but he'll likely need one or two receivers higher up on the depth chart to miss time before he captures a meaningful role on offense.
Wallace took his only reception 48 yards for a touchdown in Saturday's preseason finale against the Packers. Wallace has been vying for one of the Ravens' final receiver/special teams slots this upcoming season. The Oklahoma State product put an exclamation point on his pitch for the job by scoring his team's only touchdown on his only reception in Saturday's exhibition. Wallace and the rest of Baltimore's roster hopefuls will find out their 2024 fates Tuesday.
Wallace figures to compete with newcomer Deonte Harty for depth chart slotting as the coming season approaches, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Per Zrebiec, Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, Nelson Agholor and rookie fourth-rounder Devontez Walker currently profile as the team's top four wide receivers, while Wallace and Harty could be vying for the next slot, a potential summer competition that may hinge on who the team deems more useful in the return game. Of course, injuries down the road could change that context, but as things stand Wallace doesn't have a clear path to an expanded role in the Ravens offense in 2024.
Wallace was placed on the Ravens' IR list on Sept. 25 after he sustained a hamstring injury in Week 3 against the Colts. If he's able to suit up for Sunday's contest, he'll likely assume a role on special teams as he sits far down on the wide receiver depth chart.
