Now, he'll make his season debut after tearing his ACL in December of 2023. Barno played on 180 defensive snaps in 15 games last season, making 21 tackles (13 solo).
Clowney (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports. Clowney logged a limited practice Friday after missing the first two sessions of the week. He dealt with the knee issue throughout November but never missed a game during the month. Clowney has 30 tackles (16 solo), including 2.5 sacks, and a pass breakup in nine games this season.
The Panthers activated Barno (knee) from injured reserve Saturday, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports. Barno is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, but his activation off IR indicates he's on the verge of making his 2024 regular-season debut. Barno is in the final stages of his recovery from a torn ACL that he suffered in December of 2023.
Carolina elevated Sullivan from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports. Sullivan was cut from the Panthers' practice squad Oct. 10, but he was signed back Oct. 29 and will be available to make his 2024 regular-season debut against the Buccaneers on Sunday. With Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) ruled out, Sullivan will serve as the Panthers' No. 3 tight end behind Tommy Tremble and Feleipe Franks.

Chisena will be elevated to the Panthers' active roster for a second straight week. He played nine snaps (one on offense, eight on special teams) and did not record a stat in Week 12. Chisena gives Carolina an extra body for special teams and added depth at wide receiver.
Scott (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports. Despite logging a full practice Friday, Scott will remain on injured reserve and miss his fifth straight game due to a hamstring injury. Given his ability to practice in full, Scott has a good chance to return for the Panthers' Week 14 clash against the Eagles on Sunday, Dec. 8.

He was designated to return to practice Wednesday and began the week with a pair of limited practices before logging a full session Friday. If Scott is to return to action Sunday, the Panthers will need to officially activate him by 4:00 PM ET on Saturday.
