The Chargers listed Dobbins as a full practice participant Thursday, following limited listings Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hart (concussion) does not carry an injury designation heading into Saturday's game against the Patriots after logging a full practice Thursday. Hart was unable to play in the Chargers' Week 16 win over the Broncos due to a concussion he suffered against the Buccaneers in Week 15. He was able to log consecutive full practices to end the week, and he's done enough to clear the league's five-step concussion protocols ahead of Saturday's game. The rookie fifth-round pick has registered 34 tackles (25 solo), including 0.5 sacks, six pass defenses and one forced fumble across 12 regular-season games.
Pipkins (hip) was listed as a limited practice participant on Thursday's injury report but has been ruled out for Saturday's game against New England. Pipkins was listed as a DNP on the first two injury reports of the week due to a hip injury he likely picked up during the Chargers' Week 16 win over the Broncos. Jamaree Salyer and Jordan McFadden are the top candidates to start at right guard Saturday due to Pipkins' injury.
Perryman (groin) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Patriots after logging a DNP on Thursday's injury report. Perryman aggravated a groin injury during the Chargers' Week 16 win over the Broncos. The injury was severe enough for him to be sidelined all week, and he'll work on progressing through his recovery enough to be available for the Chargers' regular-season finale against the Raiders on Sunday, Jan. 5. Rookie third-round pick Junior Colson ended up playing a season-high 36 defensive snaps in Week 16, and he could have the inside track on Nick Niemann and Troy Dye to start at inside linebacker alongside Daiyan Henley on Saturday due to Perryman's injury.
The Chargers list Hurst (illness) as questionable for Saturday's game against the Patriots. He's one of two Chargers tight ends taking a questionable tag into the weekend, as Will Dissly (shoulder) is also carrying a designation coming off a two-game absence. Hurst had missed five straight games with a hip injury before coming off injured reserve last week and playing eight snaps in this past Thursday's win over the Broncos. With the illness resulting in him logging just one limited practice this week, Hurst may not be in store for a dramatic increase in playing time Saturday if he's cleared to suit up.
Molden (knee) was listed as a limited participant on Thursday's injury report and is questionable for Saturday's game against the Patriots. Molden was unable to play in the Chargers' Week 16 win over the Broncos due to a knee injury. He was listed as a limited practice participant all week, and his official status for Saturday's game may not be known until the Chargers announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. With Marcus Maye (ankle) played on injured reserve, Tony Jefferson would be slated to start at free safety alongside strong safety Derwin James if Molden is not cleared to play.

Dissly has missed the Chargers' last two contests, but he looks like he'll have a chance to play Saturday after he was able to resumed practicing in a limited fashion Tuesday and Wednesday before bumping up to full participation Thursday. Official word on Dissly's status will arrive when Los Angeles posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Saturday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. In addition to Dissly, Hayden Hurst (illness) is also listed as questionable, so Stone Smartt and Tucker Fisk could be in store for elevated snaps at tight end if neither Dissly nor Hurst is able to play.
