Cleveland placed Hughlett (ribs) on its injured reserve list Wednesday. Hughlett was forced out of Sunday's game at Washington early after suffering an injury to his ribs, and now he'll have to sit out of at least the Browns' next four games as he recovers. They'll have to find a new long snapper until he's ready to play again.
Hughlett (ribs) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Commanders, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports. Hughlett's absence will force someone into emergency long-snapping duty for the Browns, who've struggled to move the ball and will likely need to go for it on fourth down the rest of the way anyway.
