After a couple of cushy, birdie-driven tournaments to start the year, the PGA Tour heads to the more difficult Torrey Pines for the Farmers Insurance Open this week. With one round being played on the new-look North Course (before the cut), which measures just past 7,200 yards, and three being played at the South Course (one before the cut, twice after the cut), which approaches a mammoth 7,700 yards, distance off the tee will be an important factor. In fact, according to Geoff Ulrich at The Sports Geek, three of the last six winners at this tournament have finished the week first or second in driving distance. As such, bombers will be near the top of the list when I fill out my DraftKings lineup, though it's the be-all, end-all determining factor.
