Isaac Yiadom: Breaking News

Yiadom was not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Yiadom has been sidelined since Week 5, but he practiced in full Friday. That indicated he was nearing a return, which should now come in Week 8 against Tampa Bay.

Yiadom (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears. Yiadom was a full participant in Friday's practice, but he has not progressed enough in his recovery from a hamstring injury to return for Week 7. His absence means Quincy Riley will continue to see extended work out of the nickel cornerback position. Yiadom's next opportunity to play is Week 8 against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Yiadom (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bears, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports. Despite practicing in full Friday, Yiadom is still is jeopardy of missing a third consecutive game due to a hamstring issue. The ninth-year pro has tallied 16 total tackles through four appearances with New Orleans this season. If active, he's likely to start as the team's No. 1 slot corner.
