Before Saturday’s game, the Mets announced that they had made a roster move with Hayden Senger.
Jorge Castillo of ESPN wrote: “The Mets placed Jorge Polanco on the injured list with a right wrist contusion. Hayden Senger was called up. A nightmare season so far the Mets.”

Senger is coming off his rookie season in the MLB (with the Mets).
He batted .181 with four RBI’s and eight runs in 33 games.
