Aimee Crawford is an award-winning sports reporter covering women's soccer and other topics for Heavy.com. Crawford has more than 25 years of experience as a reporter and editor for ESPN, Sports Illustrated, the Sporting News, and MLB.com. In 2019, she and her ESPN colleagues won a Peabody Award for their reporting on Michigan State University's handling of sexual assault allegations against Dr. Larry Nassar. Since 2021, she has served as an assistant professor of communications at Springfield College.
