Jesse Hahn: Everything you need to know

The Blue Jays reassigned Hahn to minor-league camp Monday. Hahn is expected to open the season at Triple-A Buffalo after he was one of six non-roster invitees reassigned Monday in the Blue Jays' latest round of cuts. The 36-year-old righty had two brief stints in the big leagues with the Mariners in 2025, appearing in three games while giving up three earned runs on six hits and five walks over five innings.

Hahn signed a minor-league contract with the Blue Jays on Saturday and received an invitation to spring training. Hahn spent most of his time with the Mariners' Triple-A affiliate last season, where he logged a 6.40 ERA and 1.68 WHIP across 32.1 innings. Barring a significant turnaround during spring training, the 36-year-old is likely to return to Triple-A to begin 2026.

The Mariners re-signed Hahn to a minor-league contract Tuesday. For the second time since the beginning of the season, Hahn has re-upped with the Mariners on a minor-league pact after being removed from their 40-man roster. He will provide relief depth at Triple-A Tacoma.
