Andrew Funk: Breaking News
Headed to Denver
The Nuggets signed Funk to an Exhibit 10 contract Tuesday, Vinny Benedetto of The Denver Gazette reports. Funk made five appearances for Chicago in 2023-24 but averaged just 2.6 minutes per contest. He will now likely spend the 2024-25 campaign with the Nuggets' G League affiliate.
Waived by Chicago
The Bulls waived Funk on Wednesday. Funk signed a two-way contract with the Bulls in February and made five NBA appearances, playing more than two minutes only once. With the move, Chicago opens up a two-way spot ahead of training camp.
