Thanasis Antetokounmpo: Breaking News

Antetokounmpo contributed eight points (3-6 FG, 2-4 FT), two rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal over 27 minutes during Sunday's 126-106 loss to the 76ers. Antetokounmpo played a major role in the season finale with so many regulars out for the Bucks. Antetokounmpo ended the campaign with 34 appearances to his name with averages of 1.4 points and 0.9 rebounds in 4.4 minutes per contest. His future will almost certainly hinge on what happens to Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee).

Antetokounmpo (calf) played the final 5:12 of Friday's 133-101 loss to the Celtics, finishing with zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one steal. Cleared to play after missing the Bucks' previous four games due to a left calf strain, Antetokounmpo wasn't included in the rotation but was able to see some action in garbage time. The 33-year-old has been a bit player for Milwaukee throughout the season, appearing in 31 contests while averaging 1.2 points and 0.9 rebounds in 3.7 minutes per game.

Antetokounmpo (calf) is available for Friday's game against the Celtics, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Antetokounmpo is ready to return from a four-game absence due to a strained left calf. However, he hasn't seen double-digit minutes in any of his 30 appearances this year, making Antetokounmpo an unappealing fantasy option Friday.
