Yanic Konan Niederhäuser: Breaking News

Niederhauser has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc injury in his right foot and will require surgery. He's been ruled out for the remainder of the 2025-26 season, Joey Linn of SI.com reports. This is a tough blow for Niederhauser, who suffered the injury during Wednesday's matchup against the Pacers. It's still too early to talk about whether the big man will be available for the start of next season, though the team could provide an estimate following the procedure.

Niederhauser (foot) won't travel with the Clippers on their upcoming two-game road trip and will undergo further evaluation Thursday, Farbod Esnaashari of SI.com reports. Niederhauser will miss Friday's game in San Antonio and Saturday's matchup in Memphis due to a right foot injury he sustained in Wednesday's 130-107 win over the Pacers. The rookie big man had been seeing consistent burn before picking up the injury, and Isaiah Jackson will likely operate as Brook Lopez's primary backup until Niederhauser returns.

He will finish with six points (2-2 FG, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and two blocks across eight minutes.
