Signed to Lions' practice squad

Detroit signed Gilbert (undisclosed) to the practice squad Thursday. Gilbert attempted to make the Lions' 53-man roster during training camp, but he was let go with an injury settlement in mid-August due to an undisclosed issue. It appears he's fully recovered from his injury and will be on the Lions' scout team as a reserve linebacker.
