Grey Zabel: Everything you need to know

Zabel (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Zabel sustained a knee injury during the Seahawks' Week 12 win over the Titans. However, his ability to practice Thursday without restriction indicates that the rookie first-rounder will be available to start at left guard Sunday against the Vikings.

Zabel (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Zabel initially was injured in the Week 11 loss to the Rams but was able to play last Sunday against the Titans, logging 100 percent of the offensive snaps. Zabel should be good to go Sunday against the Vikings.
