The veteran defensive lineman will provide some emergency depth for the Commanders heading into Sunday's wild-card round playoff matchup against Tampa Bay.

The Commanders signed Ndubuisi to a contract Wednesday. Ndubuisi missed the 2023 season, but he should now be fully recovered from the fractured finger he underwent surgery to address last September. As part of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program, he will now get a chance to further his development and compete for an end-of-roster spot with Washington.
