Won't play against Kansas City

Alexander was questionable for Sunday's primetime matchup, but he'll be forced to miss a fourth consecutive game due to his shoulder injury. Keisean Nixon and Corey Ballentine should see increased work against Kansas City, while Alexander's next chance to return will be next Monday against the Giants.
Chance to return Week 13

The All-Pro cornerback has missed Green Bay's last three games with this shoulder issue, but after a week of limited practice sessions, he's got a chance to return in Week 13. Alexander has struggled to stay on the field this season, appearing in only five of the Packers' 11 games thus far. If he's unable to suit up for the fourth consecutive week, both Keisean Nixon and Corey Ballentine would likely see increased work in the Packers' secondary.
Practices again

The cornerback last played in Week 9 but appears to have a chance to suit up this week. Green Bay defensive coordinator Joe Barry said, "He's had two pretty good days yesterday and today...so hopefully that continues and he has a great Friday tomorrow," per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. Alexander has 22 tackles and four passes defensed in five games this season.
Able to manage limited practice

Coach Matt LaFleur provided some clarification on Alexander's status Wednesday afternoon after it was reported earlier in the day that he was not participating at practice at all. The update represents an encouraging signal for his potential availability in Week 13 versus the Chiefs.
Remains out of action

Alexander was able to log limited practices last week, so this appears to be a step in the wrong direction for the veteran corner. He hasn't played since Week 9 and appears in danger of missing the team's game against the Chiefs on Sunday. He'll likely need to get back on the field Thursday or Friday to have a chance to suit up.
Not suiting up Week 12

Alexander is set to sit out his third straight contest due to a shoulder injury that first popped up during Week Week 10 prep. The veteran cornerback was listed as limited on all three of Green Bay's practice report estimations this week, and he'll now have 10 days to try to be ready for next Sunday's contest against Kansas City. Corey Ballentine has filled in for Alexander each of the past two weeks and is slated to do so again Thursday.
Questionable for Thursday's game

Alexander will officially be listed as questionable for Thursday's matchup after being limited in the team's walkthroughs Tuesday and Wednesday. The 2018 first-round pick has already missed five games this season, including the past two weeks but will look to return to action against the Lions.
Limited Tuesday

Alexander was also limited Monday, so that makes it back-to-back days. He played through the injury in Sunday's win over the Chargers, but it remains to be seen if he will be ready for the Lions on a short week. Corey Ballentine would be the likely candidate to fill in at cornerback if he is unable to give it a go.
Officially limited Thursday

The All-Pro cornerback returned to the field in a limited fashion after recording a DNP to start Green Bay's week of practice. Alexander has already missed four games thus far with shoulder and back issues, and he'll likely carry an injury designation into the weekend unless he can practice in full Friday.
