Moose Muhammad: Everything you need to know

Muhammad (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houstonreports. Muhammad joined the Panthers as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 Draft but was waived shortly thereafter. He now is free to sign with any team and will be eligible to play in 2025 as soon as he can return to the field.

Muhammad (undisclosed) reverted to Carolina's injured reserve Wednesday. Muhammad will remain with the Panthers after going unclaimed on waivers. He signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in April and will now be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming season unless he's waived with a settlement.

The wideout from Texas A&M signed with the Panthers in late April after going undrafted, but it now appears he's dealing with an injury, and he'll be a candidate for IR if he goes unclaimed on waivers. Muhammad's best stretch in college came between 2023 to 2024, when he appeared in 22 games and recorded 955 receiving yards and six touchdowns on 65 receptions.
