Oluwatimi (back) returned to practice Tuesday, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports. Oluwatimi was back in action after missing a series of days with back tightness. The center appears to be on track to be a full go for Thursday's joint practice with the Packers, and he could potentially play in the team's preseason finale with Green Bay on Saturday.
Oluwatimi (back) did not participate in Tuesday's training camp practice, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports. Oluwatimi has been working through back tightness, which caused him to miss the Seahawks' preseason opener against the Raiders on Thursday. His continued absence at practice puts him in jeopardy of missing Friday's exhibition contest against the Chiefs. Jalen Sundell drew the start at center Thursday and would be in line to do so again against Kansas City if Oluwatimi isn't cleared to play.
Oluwatimi (back) didn't participate in Seattle's practice Tuesday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Oluwatimi is dealing with back tightness, and head coach Mike Macdonald said he is currently considered to be day to day. Once healthy, Oluwatimi is expected to serve as the team's starting center during the upcoming campaign.
