Orlando Brown: Everything you need to know

Brown is slated to sign a two-year extension with the Bengals, Geoff Hobson of the team's official site reports. The veteran offensive lineman from Oklahoma has spent each of the last three seasons in Cincinnati and is now under contract through 2028 following his extension. Brown has been a reliable presence for the Bengals, appearing in all 17 regular-season games in two of his three seasons with the team (including 2025). He's expected to remain Cincinnati's top left tackle during the 2026 campaign.

Brown (fibula) was listed as a full practice participant on Wednesday's injury report. Brown has missed the Bengals' last three games due to a fibula injury. His full practice participation indicates that he is on track to reclaim his starting left tackle job for Saturday's game against the Bengals.

Brown (leg) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns. Brown was able to return to practice in a limited capacity Friday, but he will be sidelined for a third straight game due to a leg injury. His next opportunity to play will in Week 17 against the Broncos on Saturday, Dec. 28 in a game that could have major playoff ramifications. Devin Cochran and Cordell Volson started at left tackle and left guard, respectively, during the Bengals' Week 15 win over the Titans, and they should reprise their roles Sunday due to Brown's injury.
