Penny rushed twice for eight yars in the Eagle' Week 9 victory over the Cowboys. With D'Andre Swift, Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott healthy aheady of him, he will draw a healthy scratch in Week 11.
The offseason addition has only garnered active status once prior to Sunday in his brief Eagles tenure, with that transpiring back in Week 2. However, the Week 9 absence of Boston Scott (personal) opens the door for Penny to get back in uniform against the Cowboys, albeit as the projected No. 3 back behind D'Andre Swift and Kenneth Gainwell.
