Eguavoen has missed the Jets' last two games due to a hip injury he sustained in Week 10 at Las Vegas, but it now appears he'll be able to return in Week 13. As long as C.J. Mosley and Quincy Williams are available, snaps for the Jets' other linebackers will likely continue to come few and far-between.
Eguavoen will sit out a second consecutive game, and his next opportunity to suit up will come Dec. 3 against the Falcons. The former Dolphins linebacker has played primarily on special teams for the Jets, notching just three tackles thus far in 2023.
Eguavoen was unable to play in Week 11 and appears to be in danger of missing a second straight game. However, if he is able to talk the field against the Dolphins on Friday, it should be a boost to the Jets' special teams unit.
