The Saints waived Green on Monday, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. Green signed with New Orleans earlier this month and caught two passes for 11 yards during the preseason. He's never appeared in a regular-season game since entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Houston.

Rejoining Saints

The Saints signed Green on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Green will rejoin the team after having been waived a week ago. He spent the last two seasons in the UFL with the Arlington Renegades and will look to earn a spot on New Orleans' final roster.
