Won't play in Week 18

Bryan (knee) was not activated from injured reserve Saturday and has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Bryan has been practicing for around two weeks, and he logged two full sessions ahead of Sunday's game. Nevertheless, he will remain inactive, and he'll now have to hope the Ravens win Sunday night to have another chance to play in the postseason.

Unavailable for Week 17

Bryan (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's contest against the Texans, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official website reports. Bryan was able to log a limited practice Thursday, but he's not ready to make his return from injured reserve yet. He'll now shift his focus to potentially being ready to go for the team's final regular-season contest against the Steelers on Jan. 4.

Moved to IR

The Ravens placed Bryan (knee) on injured reserve Thursday. Bryan will now need to miss at least four games while on IR before being eligible to return to the active roster. The rotational defensive end was unable to practice in any capacity during the week, and fellow defensive end Carl Lawson will likely replace him on the field for the foreseeable future.
