The Seahawks signed Cracraft to a contract Friday. Cracraft joins Seattle's wide-receiver corps after spending the last three seasons in Miami, in which span he never managed to pile up 150 receiving yards in a single year. He'll work to establish himself in a depth role with his new team, where plenty of offensive snaps figure to be up for grabs with Cooper Kupp and Marquez Valdes-Scantling having replaced DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.
The Seahawks signed Bell to a one-year contract Friday, Chad Krispinsky of WKBN First News 27 reports. Bell spent the last three seasons in Cleveland, where he carved out a significant role on special teams. He appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Browns in 2024. The 28-year-old safety will spend the offseason working to establish himself as a reliable special-teams asset with his new team.
Nwosu (undisclosed) needed offseason surgery after dealing with knee, thigh and wrist issues during the 2024 season, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. It's unclear what type of surgery Nwosu needed or whether it was related to one of his in-season injuries. Dugar further reported that Seahawks GM John Schneider told the Seattle Sports radio station that it was "too early to tell" if the linebacker would begin training camp on the PUP list. Nwosu recorded 14 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, and a pass defensed in six games last season.
Kyrou notched three assists in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Ducks. Two of those helpers came on the power play. Kyrou was also able to shake off a hit from Jacob Trouba late in the first period, finishing the game with 15:33 of ice time in the lopsided win. Kyrou had a great weekend with three goals and three assists over two contests, following a stretch in which he went eight games without a multi-point effort. He's up to 56 points (27 goals, 29 helpers), 190 shots on net, 15 power-play points, 42 hits and a plus-13 rating through 68 appearances.
Joseph scored a shorthanded goal on three shots, added three hits and blocked two shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Ducks. Joseph's three-game assist streak from Feb. 25 to March 1 was followed by a six-game drought on offense. That came to an end Sunday in a contest where 14 of the Blues' skaters were able to record a point, though his tally late in the second period was unassisted. He's up to four goals, 11 points, 63 shots on net, 101 hits, 29 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating through 49 appearances. Joseph's first season in St. Louis has largely been disappointing, especially when contrasted with his career-best 35-point campaign from 2023-24 with the Senators.
Buchnevich scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Ducks. Buchnevich has a goal and three assists during his three-game point streak. The 29-year-old gave the Blues a 2-0 lead just 90 seconds into Sunday's contest, and that paved the way to a blowout win. Buchnevich is up to 14 goals, 47 points, 126 shots on net, 39 hits and a plus-6 rating through 66 appearances while routinely playing in the top six this season, though he's on pace for his worst campaign since joining St. Louis in 2021-22.
The Seahawks signed Jean-Charles to a contract Saturday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Jean-Charles was signed to the Saints' 53-man roster in November after being cut by New Orleans following the conclusion of training camp in late August. He appeared in nine regular-season games (including two starts) for the Saints in 2024 and finished with 14 tackles (six tackles) and two pass defenses (one interception). Jean-Charles adds depth to the Seahawks' secondary and will have the chance to compete for a prominent role.
