The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is back in action after taking last weekend off.

And the next stop: the road course of Sonoma Raceway.

Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350 is the first road-course race of the season. It’s scheduled for 3 p.m. Eastern and will be televised by FOX Sports 1.

The NASCAR course at Sonoma is asphalt, covering 1.99 miles with 10 turns.

Jeff Gordon is the favorite with 5/1 odds. Gordon is a Sonoma giant with 5 wins and 9 consecutive top 10s. Series points leader Kevin Harvick, Kurt Busch and Martin Truex Jr. are behind him at 6/1. Last year’s race winner, Carl Edwards, is at 10/1, as is Jimmie Johnson.
