A couple weeks ago, this matchup between the Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium would have seemed like one of the most lopsided games on the schedule.

Then the Dolphins made a rare mid-season coaching change.

By replacing Joe Philbin with Dan Campbell, the Dolphins, who were an ugly 1-3 prior to the move, have made a complete 180. Not only has the team as a whole been galvanized, but Campbell has done a far better job getting the ball into the hands of his playmakers. As a result, the Dolphins have won their last two games by a combined score of 82-36 and look like one of the hottest teams in the NFL.

They’ll test their recent revival against the Patriots, who are 6-0 and have shown very few weaknesses, especially at home. New England enters as an eight-point favorite, but with Miami’s resurgence, this is a highly compelling contest.

Kickoff for this one is Thursday at 8:25 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on CBS and the NFL Network. If you can’t get to a TV, here’s how to watch online and on mobile:
