The Minnesota Wild are heading home and, surprisingly enough, feeling confident.

Despite scoring just one goal in the opening two games of the series against the Dallas Stars, the Wild are ready to claw their way back into the postseason, well aware that a victory tonight could completely shift their outlook.

Minnesota will still be without forward Zach Parise in Game 3 and the squad isn’t certain that the standout is particularly close to returning to the lineup. Still, the Wild are ready for a fight, buoyed by a strong defensive performance in Game 2 and anxious to get their postseason run back on track.
