As we approach Week 11, the race is fierce to grab a fantasy playoff spot. Bye weeks continue to make it challenging to field a competitive starting lineup. This week, the Falcons, Broncos, Jets and Chargers are all on a bye. This means if you own Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Devonta Freeman, Emmanuel Sanders, Demaryius Thomas, Melvin Gordon and Matt Forte you will be looking for replacements. As always, Heavy is here to help you make your difficult waiver wire decisions. We will continue to update these rankings as more games are completed. Feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @JonDAdams for specific waiver wire and fantasy football advice. Players are listed in order from least to greatest level of priority. The ownership percentages are based on ESPN leagues but applicable across platforms. Click the arrow on the right side of the above image to see my Week 11 top waiver wire pickups. (Getty)

No. 7 RB James Starks
Position: Running Back
Team: Green Bay Packers
Ownership Percentage: 29.3%
Add Him: Now that Starks is healthy, he looks to be the Packers lead running back. While there are more exciting options, Starks has proven in the past he can have good fantasy production. Grabbing a starting running back off the waiver wire is wise, even if you end up with Starks instead of some of the better options on our list. (Getty)

No. 6 WR Tyreek Hill
Position: Wide Receiver
Team: Kansas City Chiefs
Ownership Percentage: 9.9%
Add Him: Hill has had double digit fantasy points in three of his last four games. He had 10 receptions for 89 yards against the Panthers and would have had a monster day if he could have found the endzone. It looks like the Chiefs are involving him more in their offense, and Hill is only going to get better. (Getty)

No. 5 TE Cameron Brate
Position: Tight End
Team: Tampa Bay Bucs
Ownership Percentage: 36.9%
Add Him: Brate has had three straight weeks of eight or more fantasy points in standard leagues. Jameis Winston loves looking for Brate in the redzone which gives him a good chance to score each week. Additionally, he is getting enough targets to not be touchdown dependent. Brate gives you the consistency that is hard to find at the tight end position. (Getty)

No. 4 WR Jamison Crowder
Position: Wide Receiver
Team: Washington Redskins
Ownership Percentage: 57.2%
Add Him: Crowder has been a model of consistency this season, especially over the last month. He is a must-own in PPR leagues but should be added in all leagues. He has become the most consistent Washington receiver. He has had nine or more fantasy points in his last five games. With his high floor, he is consistently performing as a WR2. (Getty)

No. 3 RB Thomas Rawls
Position: Running Back
Team: Seattle Seahawks
Ownership Percentage: 47.3%
Add Him: It's no secret the Seahawks running game has struggled. The door is wide open for Rawls to come back and take the starting running back position. He showed last year what he can do when fully healthy. Pete Carroll said last week there is a good chance he can return this week. If someone has not stashed him on their bench in your league, pick him up just in time for your fantasy playoffs. (Getty)

No. 2 RB Rob Kelley
Position: Running Back
Team: Washington Redskins
Ownership Percentage: 42.5%
Add Him: With Matt Jones a healthy inactive, Washington is making it clear that Kelley is their workhorse back. This makes two straight weeks he has had 20 plus carries. At a time when running backs are scarce in most leagues, Kelley is a great option given his workload. (Getty)

No. 1 RB C.J. Prosise
Position: Running Back
Team: Seattle Seahawks
Ownership Percentage: 28%
Add Him: The Seahawks are determined to get Prosise more involved. Even with the return of Rawls, there is a good chance Prosise stays fantasy relevant. Seattle drafted him with the intent to utilize him in the passing game making him especially relevant in PPR leagues. Prosise got his first opportunity to carry the load against the Patriots, and he did not disappoint. (Getty)
