We finally survived the barrage of bye weeks as all 32 teams play this week. As you are assessing what to look for on your waiver wire, it is important to note where your team stands. For teams that have locked up a fantasy playoff spot, you want to look for players with upside that have good matchups during your fantasy playoffs which is typically Weeks 14-16. You may not have that luxury as you are fighting for a playoff berth. If so, you need to find the best possible lineup for this week and don't have the luxury to look ahead. My Week 12 waiver wire recommendations include a mix of players you can plug into your lineup along with players that are good stashes for later this season. Feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @JonDAdams with specific waiver wire or fantasy questions. All ownership percentages are based on ESPN leagues but applicable across platforms. Players are listed in order from least to greatest level of priority. Click the arrow on the right side of the above image to see Heavy's waiver wire Week 12 top pickups. (Getty)

No. 6 RB Derrick Henry
Position: Running Back
Team: Tennessee Titans
Ownership Percentage: 49%
Add Him: Derrick Henry is not a player to pick up if you need immediate help in your starting lineup this week. If you are eyeing the fantasy playoffs, Henry is a perfect stash candidate. DeMarco Murray has struggled with injuries in the past. The Titans are one of the most run based teams in the league, and if Murray was forced to miss time it would make Henry a RB1. (Getty)

No. 5 RB Wendell Smallwood
Position: Running Back
Team: Philadelphia Eagles
Ownership Percentage: 2.3%
Add Him: Ryan Matthews left Sunday's game with an injury and Darren Sproles is also banged up. That leaves a potential opening for Wendell Smallwood. The rookie running back has been solid so far this season with limited work. If either of the Eagles running backs miss time, Smallwood would become a solid fantasy option at running back. (Getty)

No. 4 WR Rishard Matthews
Position: Wide Receiver
Team: Tennessee Titans
Ownership Percentage: 59.4%
Add Him: Matthews has had 9 or more fantasy points in the last four games. His production has increased as the Titans offense has started to find its footing. Rookie Tajae Sharpe has flashed as well, but Matthews is the more consistent option. (Getty)

No. 3 RB Mike Gillislee
Position: Running Back
Team: Buffalo Bills
Ownership Percentage: 26.6%
Add Him: It seems like Gillislee is on our waiver wire recommendations every other week. LeSean McCoy has a tendency to find his way onto the injury report. McCoy left Sunday's game with a thumb injury and did not return. Gillislee has proved he can hold his own in fantasy when given the opportunity. Gillislee is a good speculative add that could pay off if McCoy misses time. (Getty)

No. 2 WR Cole Beasley
Position: Wide Receiver
Team: Dallas Cowboys
Ownership Percentage: 59%
Add Him: There was concern with the return of Dez Bryant that Cole Beasley would no longer be relevant. Beasley did have a drop off in production immediately, but Sunday's game against the Ravens proved there is room for multiple Dallas receivers to be fantasy relevant. Beasley is especially dangerous in PPR leagues, but has proven to be a WR2/WR3 in standard leagues as well. (Getty)

No. 1 WR Tyler Boyd
Position: Wide Receiver
Team: Cincinnati Bengals
Ownership Percentage: 5.1%
Add Him: If A.J. Green is forced to miss time, Tyler Boyd could be the biggest beneficiary. He had his best performance of the season on Sunday after Green was carted off the field. He notched double digit fantasy points in standard leagues for the first time this season. Boyd flashed in the preseason but has not received many opportunities during his rookie season. (Getty)
