A relatively quiet week in the NFL means few options on the fantasy football waiver wire, but there are still some intriguing potential pick-ups, whether they are short-term options for owners in desperate need of wins, or bench stashes who could help once the fantasy playoffs roll around. Let's get right into the top players to add--available in at least 50 percent of Yahoo leagues--for Week 10:
Steve Smith, WR, Baltimore Ravens
Ownership Percentage: 50
Before suffering an ankle injury in Week 5 that kept him out for two-and-a-half games, Smith was averaging 9.25 targets, 6.0 receptions and 70.25 yards with a touchdown through the first four weeks of the season. He returned in Week 9 and immediately resumed being a significant part of the offense, tallying seven targets, four receptions and 47 yards. The ageless one is a WR3 as long as he's in the lineup, so he should be scooped up if he was dropped in your league by an impatient owner. (Getty)

Dion Lewis, RB, New England Patriots
Ownership Percentage: 37
There are plenty of reasons to be wary of Lewis' fantasy value. He's coming off a major knee injury, James White has played well in his absence, and there are a lot of mouths to feed inside this New England offense. Nevertheless, the upside is too much to ignore. Lewis was one of the most dynamic players in the league last year, and if he gets back his role as the pass-catching back inside the league's most potent offense, he can be an RB2, especially with the position being so thin this year. He's expected to return in Week 10, and while he may not make an immediate impact, he shouldn't be on the waiver wire in any leagues. (Getty)

Eli Rogers, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers
Ownership Percentage: 1
A somewhat popular add earlier in the season, Rogers quickly fell off after a six-catch, 59-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 1. But with Darrius Heyward-Bey suffering what appeared to be a serious foot or ankle injury, Rogers saw increased opportunities in Week 9, turning 10 targets into six receptions and 103 yards. Although the Steelers offense was basically non-existent for three quarters, it finally woke up in the fourth and is one of the most explosive units in the NFL when Ben Roethlisberger is under center. Even No. 3 duties behind Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell makes Rogers valuable, especially in PPR leagues, and especially with Sammie Coates (five targets, zero receptions) struggling with inconsistency. DuJuan Harris, RB, San Francisco 49ers
Ownership Percentage: 33
It was originally thought Carlos Hyde's shoulder injury would only keep him out of one game, but he's now been out three weeks (two games and one bye) and it can't be assumed he'll be back in Week 10. Harris hasn't done much in his career, but he has played well enough to surpass both Shaun Draughn and Mike Davis on the depth chart, and in his Week 9 start, he racked up 142 yards (59 rushing, 83 receiving) and a touchdown on 15 touches (10 carries, five receptions) as the clear work-horse back in Chip Kelly's offense. Hyde has struggled with injuries throughout his entire career, and if misses more time, Harris will continue to be a 15-20 touch candidate, which is valuable in any format, no matter the struggles of this 49ers team. Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles
Ownership Percentage: 38
It was an up-and-down Week 9 for Wentz, who threw two early interceptions but settled down and finished with a career-high 364 passing yards and 7.7 yards per attempt. He has fallen off a bit after a red-hot start to his month, but he's at home against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10, making him a great option for those who stream quarterbacks. Not only is he averaging 7.5 yards per attempt with a 5:2 TD:INT ratio in three games at home, but the Falcons have given up the most fantasy points per game to opposing QB's and could be without top cornerback Desmond Trufant, who left last week's game with a shoulder injury. J.J. Nelson, WR, Arizona Cardinals
Ownership Percentage: 12
Nelson was on a bye this week, so even though he made for a popular waiver-wire target last week, he didn't get picked up in a whole lot of leagues. The second-year speedster has piled up 19 targets, 11 receptions, 163 yards and two touchdowns over the last two games, and head coach Bruce Arians has already confirmed that he has supplanted Michael Floyd on the depth chart. Carson Palmer isn't playing as well this year as he did in 2015, but this is still an offense that can put up points in a hurry, and Nelson is a big-play receiver with a growing role. There's plenty of potential here. (Getty)

Lance Kendricks, TE, Los Angeles Rams
Ownership Percentage: 15
Though he dropped an easy touchdown Sunday, Kendricks finished with a whopping 12 targets, seven receptions and 90 yards. It was his best game of the season, but it doesn't come completely out of nowhere, as he had tallied at least seven targets and five receptions in three of his previous four games. This offense is a mess right now, but Kendricks is proving to be a reliable tight end option. (Getty)

Chris Conley, WR, Kansas City Chiefs
Ownership Percentage: 0
Jeremy Maclin left Sunday's game early with a hamstring injury and didn't return. It's obviously early, but if Maclin doesn't play next week, someone will have to step in as the new No. 1 receiver. Albert Wilson led the team in targets Sunday (XX), finishing with XX receptions, XX yards and a touchdown, but that was with Nick Foles under center. Conley has been the more popular option with Alex Smith, who is expected back next week, and he could see some decent volume in Week 10. At best, this is a murky situation in an offense that hasn't been kind to wide receivers, so Conley isn't much more than a deep-league add, but there is some sneaky potential next week against a Carolina Panthers secondary that has struggled with its cornerback play this year.
