One of the biggest names in music today, Lady Gaga, is this year's Super Bowl 51 halftime show performer and fans are waiting to see what the pop star has in store for viewers. Gaga's fan-base consists of listeners who she calls her "little monsters" and she has said that she's definitely keeping them in mind for her big performance. Previously, she wrote the following caption on her Instagram: SuperBowl Rehearsal is so fun. We built a tent in my backyard with a dancefloor to practice! We love you monsters, can't wait to perform for u! For the past few weeks, prior to rehearsing at the actual stadium, Gaga was rehearsing in a giant tent that she had constructed in her backyard. She has called the experience a "dream come true." To again show her love to her fans, Gaga gushed on her Instagram with these words: Sending love to little monsters. I'm having a Million Reasons moment thinking about how grateful I am to have had such amazing fans all these years. You are a creative and passionate community thank you for loving me so much that we made it to the Super Bowl together. You'll all be up there with me. Michael Jackson has been a giant inspiration to Lady Gaga, especially when it comes to the Super Bowl Halftime Show. The NY Times reports Gaga saying: Watching Michael Jackson do the halftime show is one of the fondest memories that I have. There is a chance that Gaga may voice her opinion about President Donald Trump and/or politics during her performance. The NY Times reports that Gaga stated this in a press conference this week: The only statements that I’ll be making during the halftime show are the ones that I’ve been consistently making throughout my career. Richy Jackson has been Lady Gaga's choreographer and “visual director” for several years. He has been very vocal about his excitement over the Super Bowl gig online and has posted coverage of some of the rehearsals for the big event. The day after Gaga's Super Bowl performance, she will reportedly be announcing the details of her Joanne World Tour. "Joanne" is the name of Gaga's latest album, which was named after her late aunt, who died years before she was ever born. In addition, Gaga's middle name is Joanne. Songs from the album are sure to make their way into the Super Bowl Halftime Show. The Washington Post wrote about what Gaga hopes to bring her fans with her Super Bowl Halftime Show. When Lady Gaga posted a photo of herself on Instagram, with a caption about how beautiful Houston is, she also put an emoji of a bee in the caption. This sent Beyonce fans, aka the Beyhive, into a frenzy, wondering if the music artist would be coming aboard to also participate in Gaga's Super Bowl performance. In a radio show, Gaga talked about how her sister had the idea for her to be high in the air for her performance. Soon, word got out that Gaga would be performing on the roof of the stadium. Gaga went on a tour and also made an album with singing legend Tony Bennett. Bennett also recently celebrated his 90th birthday with a huge television special. The two appear to have formed a close bond and Bennett is said to be participating in Gaga's Super Bowl Halftime Show, perhaps to introduce her set. Fans will have to wait and see what happens.
