

In an interview with ABC News, Luke Bryan said that Lady Gaga did an "amazing job" with the National Anthem last year. Bryan hopes to follow suit and deliver a great performance. Bryan is an accomplished country artist, who has been honored as the Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year twice. Bryan had two other siblings, growing up, but he has suffered greatly with their deaths. CNN reports that when his brother died, Bryan opted for college over stardom. Years ago, before Luke Bryan performed at awards shows, Bryan was just a fan, sitting in the audience and watching as other people performed. The singer told CMT, "Even back before I was even signed to Capitol, I came to some CMT Awards, and I remember being energized by them."
