No. 10 Buffalo Bills: CB Marshon Lattimore
School: Ohio State
Position: Cornerback
Class: Red-shirt Sophomore
Outlook: Lattimore is one of two members of the Ohio State secondary that we have projected to go in the top ten. Quarterback could be in play here depending on what the Bills decide to do with Tyrod Taylor. It also depends on where the top quarterbacks get selected and what the teams in front of them do. For now, we have them passing on Mitch Trubisky in favor of improving their secondary. Lattimore had 41 tackles and four interceptions last season with the Buckeyes. Things could change if the Bills opt to cut Taylor. (Getty)

No. 9 Cincinnati Bengals: LB Reuben Foster
School: Alabama
Position: Linebacker
Class: Senior
Outlook: Foster stays at nine to the Bengals for the second consecutive mock. It makes a lot of sense for Cincinnati to add a young piece to a core that needs depth. Foster was considered one of the two best players on an Alabama defense that was one of the best in college football. Foster finished last season with 115 tackles and five sacks. Alabama coach Nick Saban spoke with SEC Country about his impact in their locker room. “One of the things that makes Reuben a very popular guy from a personality standpoint is, in a day and age where everybody is into selfies and ‘what about me,’ he’s a guy that’s pretty interested in the relationships that he has and how he affects other people,” Saban told SEC Country. This was before Foster was sent home from the Combine for a "heated exchange" with a medical worker. This can do nothing but hurt his draft stock. (Getty)

No. 8 Carolina Panthers: RB Dalvin Cook
School: Florida State
Position: Running Back
Class: Junior
Outlook: One of the Panthers big needs heading into the off-season is to address the running back. This is the draft to fill that need with the quality of running backs in this draft class. Cook gives the Panthers a back that can be involved in both the run and pass game. He rushed for over 1,000 yards in each of his three seasons at Florida State including 1,765 yards along with 19 touchdowns last season. He also had 488 receiving yards in 2016. There are questions surrounding Cook's durability and history of shoulder injuries. He seemed to pass the initial set of questions at the Combine. (Getty)

No. 7 Los Angeles Chargers: FS Malik Hooker
School: Ohio State
Position: Free Safety
Class: Red-Shirt Sophomore
Outlook: The Chargers address defense early for the second straight draft. Eric Weddle's departure left a hole in the Chargers secondary this past season. Hooker is one of the best safeties in a draft class deep at the position. Wide receiver could be in play here as well with Keenan Allen often battling injuries. Hooker put up eye-popping numbers with seven interceptions and 74 tackles during his 2016 season at Ohio State. Hooker is battling LSU's Jamal Adams to be the number one safety off the board. Hooker has a smaller body of work starting only one season in Columbus, but it was a great season that could push him into the top ten. (Getty)

No. 6 New York Jets: S Jamal Adams
School: LSU
Position: Safety
Class: Junior
Outlook: The Jets have plenty of holes, but the defense that was expected to help carry the team failed in 2016. Todd Bowles would like nothing more than to establish a dominant defense. The Jets have a need at quarterback but will have to determine if they like any of the quarterbacks enough to take them this high in the draft. Jamal Adams is as close to a can't-miss prospect as a team can find in this draft class. Not only can Adams develop into one of the top safeties in the league, he also has the ability to be utilized on special teams. The Jets secondary is even more depleted without Darrelle Revis. No. 5 Tennessee Titans (via Rams): WR Mike Williams
School: Clemson
Position: Wide Receiver
Class: Red-shirt Junior
Outlook: In what has seemingly become an annual occurrence, Titans GM Jon Robinson made it known that the number five pick is available. Tennessee is in need of an elite wide receiver to give Marcus Mariota a legit number one receiver. Mike Williams and Corey Davis are the consensus top two receivers. If the Titans have the players with similar grades, the Titans could opt to trade down and try to grab the remaining receiver. Davis is at a bit of a disadvantage with an ankle injury preventing him from participating in Combine drills. Coming out of the MAC conference, Davis could have benefited from an impressive performance in Indianapolis. As it stands now, he has a lot of ground to make up when compared with Williams who gives the Titans a big, physical receiver. (Getty)

No. 4 Jacksonville Jaguars: RB Leonard Fournette
School: LSU
Position: Running Back
Class: Junior
Outlook: Running back may not be the biggest need for the Jaguars, but the talent of Fournette is too much for Jacksonville to pass up. Chris Ivory did not have the impact last season he did in New York, while T.J. Yeldon has not been the most consistent player in his short career. If Jacksonville could establish a strong run game, it would take away some of the pressure on Blake Bortles and the rest of the offense. Tom Coughlin's teams in New York almost always had a solid rushing attack. With Coughlin now in the Jacksonville front office, expect re-establishing the run to be a big priority this off-season. Jacksonville's offensive line must get better but there are not any lineman worth taking at this spot. (Getty)

No. 3 Chicago Bears: QB Deshaun Watson
School: Clemson
Position: Quarterback
Class: Junior
Outlook: This quarterback class has its flaws and will continue to be picked apart as the draft gets closer. That said, it is hard to imagine the Bears would opt to pass on quarterback when it is such a big need for the franchise. When talking about the top three quarterbacks, it makes the most sense to gamble on Watson if you are going to take a leap of faith on any of the quarterbacks. He has the largest sample size, played well in the biggest games and has a winning track record. None of these aspects make him a guaranteed NFL starting quarterback, but it does give him a head start on the other top quarterbacks. (Getty)

No. 2 San Francisco 49ers: QB DeShone Kizer
School: Notre Dame
Position: Quarterback
Class: Junior
Outlook: Kizer's physical attributes were the best of any of the top quarterbacks. Kizer measured 6'4 1/2" and 233 pounds at the NFL Combine. Not only did Kizer win the weigh in, he impressed new GM John Lynch who noted he "blew the doors off" in his interview with the 49ers. Lynch spoke with NFL.com about Kizer and the other quarterbacks. "This whole thing is not just about an interview, but if you were grading him on that alone, he blew the doors off. He's an impressive young man, his film's very impressive. I think the same can be said for Deshaun Watson. You watch what he's done, just putting a team on his shoulders and taking down a great champion. (Mitch) Trubisky, (Patrick) Mahomes, I think it's a very talented draft class at that position, one we're very excited about," Lynch told NFL.com. Whether or not Lynch is talking up Kizer as a smoke screen remains to be seen, but San Francisco is in desperate need of a quarterback. (Getty)

No. 1 Cleveland Browns: DE Myles Garrett
School: Texas A&M
Position: Defensive End
Class: Junior
Outlook: NFL Network's Mike Silver reported that Garrett to the Browns with the top pick is almost a sure thing. Silver noted that talent evaluators believe there is a sizable gap between Garrett and the rest of the draft class. The bigger question appears to be what the Browns plan to do at quarterback. Cleveland could look to address this need with the 12th pick but there are a number of teams with picks in between that are also in need of a quarterback. As it stands now, we think the Browns will look to gamble on one of the quarterbacks being there for them at 12. The Combine will be the first big test in the pre-draft process for Deshaun Watson, DeShone Kizer and Mitch Trubisky to begin separating themselves from the pack. The Cleveland Plain Dealer had a bit of a different take reporting the Browns are "strongly considering" taking Trubisky with the first pick. Let the games begin. (Getty)
