Kurt Angle is the new general manager of Monday Night Raw.
Angle’s role in the show was announced on April 3rd’s broadcast. Vince McMahon entered and revealed that he had hired a new general manager of Monday Night Raw since Mick Foley was fired.
Vince also said that the new general manager had just been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. With that, Teddy Long entered, only for Vince McMahon to reveal that it’s not Teddy.
Instead, Kurt Angle entered to a massive pop from the crowd and chants of “You suck!”
He then took the microphone and said “It’s good to be back! It’s true! It’s damn true!”
