Heading into the final night of the NBA season, six of the eight matchups had been decided with the final two falling into place on Wednesday. Heavy will posting the NBA playoff matchups as they are finalized. Click here if you are looking for live updates with the conference standings.

The NBA playoffs start on Saturday, April 15 at 3 p.m. with four games kicking off the postseason. The remaining four games will take place Sunday, April 16.

With the Cavaliers losing to the Raptors, the Celtics have secured the No. 1 seed in the East and will face the Bulls. LeBron James and the Cavaliers will get the No. 2 seed. Cleveland faces Indiana in the first round. The Cavs lose out on home court advantage if they face the Celtics in the playoffs. The Warriors would have home court in the Finals against anyone in the East if they are able to advance that far.

The Clippers secured home court advantage in their series against the Jazz. No. 1 Golden State Warriors will take on the No. 8 Portland Trail Blazers. The No. 2 San Antonio Spurs square off with the No. 7 Memphis Grizzlies. In a battle of MVP candidates, the No. 3 Houston Rockets battle the No. 6 Oklahoma City Thunder.

In the East, the No. 3 Toronto Raptors take on the No. 6 Milwaukee Bucks. Meanwhile, the No. 4 Washington Wizards host the No. 5 Atlanta Hawks.

The Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls were fighting for the final two spots. All three teams were victorious meaning the Miami Heat were eliminated from playoff contention.
