Wow an “F*** You Roman” chant, hostile crowd #RAWafterMania
The crowd at Monday Night Raw this week was one of the most hostile of all time as Roman Reigns entered after having retired The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33.
The show this week opened with a massive “Undertaker!” chant that lasted several minutes. The camera continued to pan around the auditorium showing fans, many of whom were holding up Undertaker-related signs.
Finally, Roman Reigns entered to overwhelming boos, with the crowd far more hostile than they were at WrestleMania.
The crowd chanted phrases such as “F— you Roman” and “Shut the f— up,” both of which were broadcast uncensored on the USA Network.
Roman kept almost starting his promo, but every time he lifted the microphone, the crowd booed even more, and he stopped. Finally, after several minutes of this, he simply said, “This is my yard now,” dropped the microphone, and left.
