MLB Social Media Reacts To Pham News

Here’s what people were saying about the news:
@MFliegelman: “Pham may be cooked but he definitely wasn’t helped out by the injury situation forcing the Mets to rush him to the big leagues after a few games in low-A. I wouldn’t be opposed to signing him to another minor-league deal and helping young guys in Syracuse if he’s open to it.”
@CollectiblesVs: “Another terrible signing by Stearns.”
@JohnStruble: “It’s unbelievable that he was even there in the first place”
Michael Baron: “This is the first obvious roster move to make. There is another one with a pitcher on the staff. #Mets”
@jruggiero86: “It took them this long to figure that out?”
@SleeperMets: “Carlos Mendoza next pls”

Pham had been in the middle of his second stint playing for the Mets.
He has also had stops with the St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, Tampa Bay Rays, Pittsburgh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks and Kansas City Royals over 13 seasons.
