Keelan Harvick has signed a long-term agreement with Toyota Racing Development, placing the 13-year-old driver inside one of NASCAR’s key development systems. The deal keeps the third-generation racer in Toyota’s pipeline as he continues to build experience on pavement tracks.
During the 2026 season, Harvick will partner with Rackley W.A.R. and Kevin Harvick, Inc. to run dozens of Late Model races nationwide. ExxonMobil will serve as the primary sponsor for several of those events.
The agreement provides Harvick with structured backing as he navigates the early stages of his stock-car career and gains more competitive seat time against experienced Late Model fields across the country.
Keelan Harvick Adds Toyota Support For 2026 Season
Toyota Racing Development confirmed the long-term commitment as part of its effort to support Harvick’s continued growth in pavement racing. The 2026 schedule includes numerous Late Model starts with Rackley W.A.R. and Kevin Harvick, Inc., giving him steady competition and development opportunities.
Harvick welcomed the partnership and highlighted the value of manufacturer backing and sponsorship.
“I’m really grateful to have this kind of opportunity with Toyota Racing Development. To have their support and be able to represent ExxonMobil, it doesn’t get much better. I’m still getting experience, but it’s going to be a privilege to be part of the TRD program and learn from the other drivers.”
The program links him with Toyota’s driver development structure, which focuses on building skills through race experience, technical feedback, and team resources.
Strong Results Across Multiple Series
Harvick has already posted several milestone wins at a young age. In December, he became the youngest winner of the Snowflake 125 at Five Flags Speedway. He followed that result with a victory at Florence Motor Speedway’s Icebreaker earlier in the year. That win marked his first Late Model Stock Car victory and made him the youngest winner of the event.
His earlier résumé includes the 2024 INEX Young Lions National Championship. During the 2025 season, Harvick also won four zMAX CARS Tour Pro Late Model races and two CARS Tour West Pro Late Model Series events. He became the first driver to win Pro Late Model races in both series within the same season.
Those results show his move from Legends cars into Late Models while continuing to compete for wins at each step.
Toyota Development System Provides Long-Term Resources
Toyota Racing Development leaders said the organization expects Harvick to benefit from its structured development approach. TRD U.S.A. president Tyler Gibbs confirmed the company’s confidence in the young driver.
“Everyone at Toyota and TRD is excited to welcome Keelan into the TOYOTA RACING family. Gibbs said. Keelan has proven himself on the track and, despite his young age, has remained wise beyond his years through his professionalism and work ethic. TRD is thrilled to partner with Keelan and his family as Keelan continues to develop his racing craft. We see a bright future ahead for him, and everyone at Toyota is proud to be part of his journey.”
Harvick joins Toyota’s Driver Development program, which has produced Cup Series competitors such as Christopher Bell, Corey Heim, and John Hunter Nemechek. The system gives drivers support both on and off the track through manufacturer partners and training resources.
