
The Denver Nuggets are looking to keep the iron hot on Wednesday, April 1.
Riding a six-game winning streak, the Nuggets are going to pay a visit to the tanking Utah Jazz on Wednesday night.
During their night off, the Nuggets learned that they were one of two Western Conference teams to clinch a spot in the 2026 NBA Playoffs next.
Along with the Los Angeles Lakers, the Nuggets joined the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder as the next two teams to punch their ticket to the postseason.
Now, the Nuggets are just trying to secure the best record possible, while looking to protect the fourth seed or potentially move up.

The Nuggets will start Jamal Murray, Christian Braun, Cam Johnson, Aaron Gordon, and Nikola Jokic.
The Nuggets had some injury concerns during their last game against the Golden State Warriors.
Aaron Gordon was ruled a late scratch due to a calf concern. Zeke Nnaji left the game after eight minutes. Spencer Jones played in just six minutes of action before going out.
As for Cam Johnson, he was ruled out after 19 minutes of action.
Fortunately, the Nuggets are getting Gordon and Johnson back. While Jones and Nnaji’s setbacks don’t seem severe, they will be off the court for Wednesday’s action.

On the Jazz’s side, they have a loaded injury report.
Isaiah Collier, Keyonte George Elijah Harkless, Blake Hinson, Jaren Jackson Jr., Walker Kessler, Lauri Markkanen, Jusuf Nurkic have all been ruled out for the Jazz against the Nuggets.

Where The Nuggets, Jazz Stand In The West
The Jazz have posted a 21-55 record up to this point. They are second-to-last in the Western Conference. Only the Sacramento Kings are worse, according to the standings.
The Nuggets are going into Wednesday’s game with a 48-28 record. They trail the Los Angeles Lakers by 2.0 games. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Timberwolves are 1.5 games behind the Nuggets’ fourth seed.
The Nuggets and the Jazz are slated for a 9 PM ET tip.
