The Philadelphia Eagles announced Monday they signed defensive end Ta'Quon Graham to their offseason roster.

The Philadelphia Eagles always make their pass rush a priority. The team is doing their due diligence again this offseason, adding depth pieces that could play a role in 2026. This week, the Eagles signed veteran defensive end Ta’Quon Graham.

PennLive.com’s Johnny McGonigal called the signing, which occurred Monday, “an under-the-radar move” for the Eagles.

“The move by general manager Howie Roseman ensures that Graham, who ended last season on the Eagles’ practice squad, won’t hit free agency when it opens next week,” wrote McGonigal.

Graham has more experience than the typical practice squad player. That could bode well for him competing for a roster spot over the summer.

“A fifth-round pick of Atlanta out of Texas in 2021, Graham has played in 51 regular-season games (16 starts). Graham has registered 88 tackles, 13 QB hits, one sack, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in his career,” wrote PhiladelphiaEagles.com.

Graham appeared in 51 games with the Atlanta Falcons over five seasons. He made 16 starts. More than half of them (9) came during the 2022 season.

Graham has posted 88 combined tackles, including five tackles for loss in the NFL. He has also registered 13 quarterback hits, one sack and one forced fumble.

Eagles Sign Ta’Quon Graham to Offseason Roster

Philadelphia added Graham on a new contract Monday after he finished the 2025 campaign with the team. The Eagles signed Graham to their practice squad in November after the Falcons released the defensive lineman.

Graham didn’t play in a game for Philadelphia. During two contests for the Falcons, he had four combined tackles last season.

In 2024, Graham appeared in 10 games for Atlanta. He played 193 defensive snaps and 42 snaps on special teams.

While he only appeared in two contests, Graham lined up on 42% of Atlanta’s defensive snaps during those games in 2025.

Entering the league in the 2019 draft, NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein commended Graham for his physicality. The defensive lineman also received strong reviews for his pass rush abilities.

“Well-built with long arms and good lean mass, Graham looks the part physically but plays with below-average twitch and quickness to make plays,” Zierlein wrote. “He has the length and strength that might make more sense as an odd-front five-technique on a unit that leans heavily on physical traits.

“He won’t offer much as a rusher, so he’ll really need to elevate his game as a run stuffer to play in the league.”

Eagles Defensive End Depth Entering 2026 NFL Free Agency

Graham became the 16th player the Eagles signed to an offseason contract since their playoff exit. Interestingly, of those players, Graham is the only defensive end.

In January, the team did add Jose Ramirez, who is an outside linebacker.

“Ramirez was a sixth-round pick out of Eastern Michigan in the 2023 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, spending two full seasons with the team and playing in four games. He spent last season with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League,” wrote Philadelphiaeagles.com.

The Eagles don’t have any other linemen listed as defensive ends on their roster who are signed to 2026 contracts. That could mean the team is ready to heavily invest in the position this offseason.

The return of Ta’Quon Graham, though, gives the Eagles some depth and continuity at defensive end.
