In 2018, Canada won a total of 29 medals. However, in 2010, Canada set a Winter Olympics record by securing 14 gold medals. The previous record was 13 gold medals.

Here are all the gold medal winners for Canada, the events they are favorites to win, and their total medal count for the 2026 Winter Olympics.

For men’s hockey, Team Canada will play on February 18, 2026, against Czechia in the quarter-finals. They will need to defeat Czechia to advance to the semi-finals, where they will play the lowest remaining seed to secure a spot in the gold medal game.

The men’s and women’s curling round robin will conclude on February 19, 2026. Friday, February 20th, will feature the bronze medal game for men’s curling. Saturday, February 21st, 2026, will feature the men’s gold medal game and the women’s bronze medal game.

February 22nd is when the gold medal game for women’s curling is scheduled.
